Facilities

Relax in front of the wood-burning stove and sink into one of the 3 large leather Chesterfield sofas. The sitting room has a 32” HD TV, DVD player along with a selection of books and games.

The Cottage (sleeps 10 + 2 cots)

The cottage provides luxurious accommodation and includes 5 double bedrooms, spacious well appointed kitchen/diner, cosy sitting room with woodburner and Chesterfield sofas, 2 luxury bathrooms, separate downstairs toilet, garage with laundry facilities & space to store bikes and outside parking for 3-4 cars.

Other facilities include free wifi, 2 HD flatscreen TVs, DVD, 2 high chairs. All gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included.

Orchard Cottage is tucked away at the end of a private lane and has its own secluded garden complete with magnificent views yet is within a mile of the market town of Hexham where you can find bakers, butchers, pubs, restaurants, coffee and tea rooms and many other delights.

Orchard Cottage’s secluded garden provides an ideal setting to relax with benches, picnic tables & chairs and BBQ. It is accessible through patio doors in both the kitchen/diner & sitting room.

Living

Orchard Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen/diner that includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 32’’ HD TV and a complete range of cutlery and cooking utensils.

Eating

Orchard Cottage sleeps 10 (+ 2 cots) in 5 well sized bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 with superking, bedrooms 2/3/4 with twin beds and bedroom 5 with double.

Sleeping
